Great family doctors! I've been going to Dr. Janoe for a very long time. His staff, and him are always so friendly and helpful.

One more arrogant physician with no respect for his patients time. I arrived 30 minutes before my appontment to fill out paperwork. I was then left in an examination room for over an hour before I recovered the paperwork that I had filled out and left - without seeing the physician. Ironically, one of the papers that I signed stated that the physician could charge $25 if the client missed an appointment. How is the client to be compensated for the physicans tardiness?

Rude, arrogant and unprofessional are the words that come to my mind. Would this guy make a reservation at a restaurant, arrive on time, and then wait at the table for over an hour before the waitstaff arrived? Or would he be outraged that his time had been wasted? How are his actions any different? The MD acronym after his name does not excuse his behavior! Maybe this guy doesn't comprehend the Golden Rule. Perhaps he should try reading the Bible that was prominently placed in the examination room. Start with Proverbs 6:16-19.

A simple time and motion study along with some basic statistics are needed to improve the service (or lack of) that I experienced.
